I had the pleasure of using the services of Liquid Infinity for my book titled Umkomaas Rising. I was able to interact with the designer on a personal level to explore creative ways to present a working map of an area in South Africa. At the end, the contributions of Liquid Infinity added tremendous value to my book as her design of the map was original, practical and skillfully handled. Requested custom decals for my car.

Although Anji is enthusiastic and friendly I am disappointed in her service. Her company came to extend the network from my house to my office. Cables have been falling down all over the place even though she has come back a few times to secure them. Since we've made payment she has now gone quiet despite me letting her know the work is not complete or satisfactory. We now have to duck under cables when entering doorways because her work is unravelling. We will probably have to get someone else in to complete the job we paid her in full to do. Highly disappointed.

I appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points regarding your experience.As I recall, you were pleased with the cabling and the work completed during my initial visit. After our service, you reached out a few weeks later about the cables coming loose, and I returned multiple times at no extra charge to secure them with hot glue and super glue, as well as to assist with your Wi-Fi and printer setup as a gesture of goodwill.I understand that environmental factors, such as temperature changes in your home, can affect the adhesive used, leading to the cables becoming loose. The type of wall material or paint that the glue is used on can also affect the lifespan of how long it sticks. Unfortunately, the only alternative would be to nail the cables to the walls, which I believe would compromise the aesthetic of your beautiful home.I have used the same hot glue in my own home without issues, and I applied it generously in your case. It typically remains secure unless interfered with or as stated in the above-mentioned situations. I strive to provide excellent service, and while I’ve made several extra visits without charging for travel, it has become challenging to manage the additional time and costs involved.I value your satisfaction and would like to encourage you to look at my other reviews for insights into the quality of service I aim to provide.
